14-Day Return Policy:

Management must authorize all
returns. Call for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise.

Returns for any camera or
video equipment permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Subsequently, all sales are final. All Shipping, Handling and insurance
charges are not refundable under any circumstances for any reason.
Returns for any computer equipment permitted within 10 days from the date of
purchase. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if all conditions a, b, c
& d (see below) are met.
Due to the nature of the following items, we cannot allow returns or exchanges
on any type of media products, Opened software, refurbished products, special
orders, memory and printers are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges
are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of
merchandise being returned to us. Some video products, if found defective upon
you?re receiving them, cannot be returned for exchange. Rather it must be
repaired by a service center of the manufacturer in your area.
All returns must include
original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings,
etc.) blank unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork.
Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not
accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.
All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition.
Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
All returns must include all the factory accessories that come with the
item. For example a digital camera must be returned with its original battery,
charger, cords, straps etc. no returns will be accepted if any of these packed
accessories are missing.
All returns must be authorized by Techspres.com call for authorization
number and instructions prior to shipping any goods back. With your return,
enclose this original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of
explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request
for either a refund or an exchange. Include the authorization number on this
letter, and on the outside of the shipping box.
Your receipt is good for all manufacturers? warranties.
Your receipt will be necessary for any future warranty or insurance claims
you may need to make. Please keep it in a safe place. We cannot issue
duplicate receipts.
Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturer and not by Techspres.com, unless otherwise indicated on this receipt.
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the
carrier. Keep all shipping cartons; and call Techspres Customer Service
Immediately. We do not sell to resellers.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Pictures are for illustration purposes only.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.
All images are for illustration only, and may not represent the product
described. (For example a memory card may have a certain brand displayed, but
if no brand is mentioned in the description, a different card may be sent than
the one shown.)
Please Note:
Techspres.com reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% re-stocking fee on
all open merchandise whether it?s sent back for an exchange or refund.
It is necessary for us to package orders for certain discounts to apply
therefore, There are no returns on "special", or "final sale" items. If you
purchased a "kit" or "package", it must be returned in its entirety. No
portions or parts of a "kit" or "package" will be accepted.
